The space
This holiday house consists of a combined living and dining room, a small but fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Upstairs are two seperate bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200cm), the other bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm). Coffee and tea are available for guests, as well as a set of towels and linens. TV, internet and Wi-Fi are available. At the back there is a sheltered terrace where the sun can be found. Guests can make use of the existing table and chairs on the terrace if the weather allows it. There is a storage room for bicycles that can be locked and is equipped with a socket for any electric bikes.

We will gladly help you with information. Feel free to knock on the door or send us a message. If there is something broken in the house, let us know. We will put it right for the next guest.
The Neighbourhood
This holiday house is within walking distance from the lively village centre with many shops, cafés, ice cream parlors and a wide choice of dining options for every budget. You can walk or bike directly in the ‘Veluwe’ woods, the ‘Veluwe heath’ with sheepfold is approximately 5 km away. The IJssel / rivers scenery is around the corner.
Transport facilities
The house is a short distance from the A28 and A50. Several shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are also accessible within a short walking distance. Informative leaflets and cycling route maps are available at the cottage.
Other Things Where to Look for
* This cottage is smoke free. You can smoke at the back on the terrace.
* A basic package of towels for each person is included (large, small and flannel), kitchen towel and dishcloth. By supplement we can provide extra towels.
* Parties or events will not be accepted.
* Check in from 15.00h possible, check-out until 12.00h.
* You like to leave later? Ask us, who knows if something is possible.
* Children under 4 are free. We would like to be notified beforehand.
* A cot is NOT present. The garden is enclosed and can be walked around to see the flowers and plants. If kids want to kick a ball on the grass, no problem.

You can park your car at the Jagtlustweg in front of the sign of the municipal Epe. (See arrow).
